Check the status of your 1&1 DSL order

You can check the status of your 1&1 DSL order at any time using either the Status page or the 1&1 Control-Center.

To track your order using the Status page, click on the following link: DSL order status
All you need is your 1&1 customer number.

To use the 1&1 Control-Center, proceed as follows:

Use your customer number and password to log in to the 1&1 Control-Center.

Open the Dialog-Center to review recent messages.

Select the message regarding your order to see when your 1&1 DSL will be connected.
