You can report a DSL issue and can check the status of an on-going fault online.
Report an issue by phone
Would you rather report a DSL issue by phone? The following information may be useful:
DSL device cables
Has your DSL-Router been correctly connected to the DSL line?
Are your DSL devices connected to several telephone sockets?
Are you using extension leads to your DSL devices?
If so, which devices are connected with extension cables?
Fault description
What kind of fault are you experiencing?
How long have you been experiencing this fault?
Have you tried connecting other DSL-Router to your connection?
Further information
Which DSL-Router are you using?
What have you tried so far to solve the issue?
What is the best telephone number to reach you?
Please note:
Wherever possible, please call us from the address where the DSL connection is based. Always make sure that your DSL devices are connected and switched on when the line is being checked.
Check the status of a fault
Once you have reported a DSL fault to 1&1, you can check the status in the 1&1 Control-Center. Simply open the Dialog-Center and look for information regarding your DSL connection.
