Find out how to report DSL issues to 1&1 and how to check the status of a fault.

You can report a DSL issue and can check the status of an on-going fault online.

  • Have you tried connecting other DSL-Router to your connection?

  • What have you tried so far to solve the issue?

  • What is the best telephone number to reach you?


Please note:
Wherever possible, please call us from the address where the DSL connection is based. Always make sure that your DSL devices are connected and switched on when the line is being checked.


Check the status of a fault

Once you have reported a DSL fault to 1&1, you can check the status in the 1&1 Control-Center. Simply open the Dialog-Center and look for information regarding your DSL connection.

Status of DSL connection ("DSL connection not working")


If a technician visit is required to resolve your DSL issue, select Technikertermin vereinbaren (Arrange technician appointment).
